| EDP102: 07. auto summarize |
After I came back from Surabaya attending SIIT2005 in Petra Christian University http://www.petra.ac.id/siit2005 we continue the edp102 lessons.
For the first session we practicing on creating an AUTO SUMMARIZE.
To practice this I asked to the student to create their own autobiography. After that we use the AUTO SUMMARIZE to make a summary of their autobiography.
Some of the student start with "My name is ....." and I was born in ....., quite interesting.....
To make an autosummarize is very easy
Tools/Autosummarize, then select the percentage of your summary that you want to create. Also you have an option to create the summary on the new page or just highlighting the keyword in your original document.
Let's try it. Create your own autobiography then
make an autosummarize on that.
Cool, isn't it.
Note: It only works with English language. Not in Bahasa.
